Branson Visitor TV (“the Channel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a free streaming

channel available on the Roku platform. This Privacy Policy explains what

information, if any, is collected when you use the Channel.

## Summary

The Channel does not require an account, does not process payments, and

does not track individual users. We do not collect names, email addresses,

payment information, or any other personally identifiable information

through the Channel itself.

## Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

– Account registration information (the Channel has no login or sign-up)

– Payment or billing information (the Channel is free and has no

in-channel purchases)

– Individually identifiable viewing history or usage profiles

– Any information you would consider personal or sensitive

## Information That May Be Collected by Roku or Third-Party Services

While we do not personally collect or have access to individual user

data, the following applies:

– **Roku Platform Data:** Roku, as the platform operator, may collect

device-level and aggregate usage data (such as channel launches or

crash diagnostics) as part of operating the Roku platform and Channel

Store. This data collection is governed by

[Roku’s own Privacy Policy](https://www.roku.com/privacy-policy), not

by us, and is outside our control.

– **Video Hosting and Delivery:** Video content is delivered via

third-party infrastructure providers (including Bunny.net and Castr)

used solely to host and stream video content to the Channel. These

providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and

request logs) as part of normal content delivery operations, in the

same way any website or streaming service’s infrastructure does. This

data is used only for content delivery and is not used by us to

identify or track individual viewers.

## Children’s Privacy

The Channel does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone,

including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information

through the Channel, no special data-handling process is required for

any age group.

reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
