Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the

Branson Visitor TV channel (“the Channel”) on the Roku platform. By

installing or using the Channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Channel.

## 1. Description of Service

The Channel provides free access to live and on-demand video content

related to local attractions, events,

and visitor information for the Branson, Missouri area. The Channel

is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.

## 2. No Account or Payment Required

The Channel does not require you to create an account, provide personal

information, or make any payment to access its content.

## 3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Channel only for its intended purpose of viewing

provided content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy,

redistribute, or interfere with the Channel or the content it delivers,

except as permitted by applicable law.

## 4. Intellectual Property

All video content, logos, graphics, and other materials made available

through the Channel are owned by Branson Visitor TV or

its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark

laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in this

content.

## 5. Third-Party Content and Services

The Channel may display content sourced from or delivered via

third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability,

accuracy, or content of any third-party service used to operate the

Channel.

## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Channel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties

of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to

warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or

non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Channel will be

uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branson Visitor TV

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or

inability to use, the Channel.

## 8. Changes to the Channel or These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Channel, or

to update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use

of the Channel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the

updated Terms.

## 9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of

Missouri, without regard to its conflict of

laws principles.
